Food and drink

Like in many parts of Sardinia, Budoni and San Teodoro give you the chance to experience regional flavours that are both ancient and modern. This encompasses typical seafood dishes based on fresh fish that is either served grilled or prepared in dishes such as zuppa gallurese.

There are also plenty of traditional non-seafood dishes which will allow you to try the famous Sardinia porceddu as well as local meat and wild game specialities, cheeses, stuffed pasta and wines (the most famous is the cannonau) or liqueurs such as red myrtle liqueur.
